Thank you for considering our products/services! We understand that sometimes plans change, and you may need to cancel an order or appointment. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policy:

Order Cancellation:

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that orders cannot be cancelled after they have been shipped.
If your order has already been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy for information on returning items.

Refunds:

If you cancel an order within the allowed timeframe, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If you cancel an order after the allowed timeframe, you may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Exceptions:

In some cases, we may need to cancel an order due to circumstances beyond our control, such as inclement weather or illness. In these cases, we will do our best to reschedule or refund your order.
