Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing Atlia Trading Card Game. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes return/refunds may be necessary. This policy explains our refund procedures and your options.

Refund Policy 

We accept returns for most items within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Must return to Atlia Trading Card Game Company in the same condition as when you received it.
- In the original packaging.
- Accompanied by proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at mailto:help.atlia.TCG@gmail.com to request a refund authorization. We will provide you with instructions for returning the item.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. The refund amount will be the purchase price of the item, less any applicable fees or charges.

Please note that:
Shipping fees are non-refundable
We are not responsible for any return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or damaged
We may deduct any costs incurred for refurbishing, repairing, or restocking the item, if necessary

Exchanges
We do not currently offer exchanges. If you need a different size, color, or style, please return the item and place a new order.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will replace the item or issue a full refund, depending on your preference.

Exceptions
The following items are not eligible for a refund:
Personalized or custom-made items
Digital products or services
Gift cards
Items marked as "final sale"
